In September 2006, the Shangtuo Investment Management Consulting Company was established to support Coldwell Banker’s development in Mainland China as well as Coldwell Banker’s active expansion into other real estate-related fields. Future business will concentrate on consulting in investment management, real estate investment, property management, and real estate market information services. This will work in conjunction with Coldwell Banker’s brokerage and agency services, as well as with commercial real estate rental and sales services, allowing us to provide our clients with more professional and comprehensive real estate services.
Services include: investment management consulting, real estate investment consulting, property management services consulting, corporate management consulting, real estate market information consulting (not including agency), and business consulting (administrative permits dependent on licensing).

Shibang-Coldwell Banker Bond Co., Ltd.
In consideration of how to provide customers with more comprehensive and better real estate services, especially in financial supervision during the process of real estate mortgage and transaction processing, Coldwell Banker established the Shibang-Coldwell Banker Bond Company in October 2006. The company works to provide customers with standard mortgage services, mortgage transfer services, financial supervision for real estate transactions, and other related professional services, giving our customers a more efficient and safer real estate transaction experience that is unlike any other.
