We also provide services that include property planning, investment consulting, legal consulting, as well as rental and sales services directed toward development and commercial real estate properties.
In the more than ten years since our founding, Coldwell Banker (Shanghai) has provided quality services for a number of international and domestic companies, including KFC, Pizza Hut, Red Star Optical, Herborist, Starbucks, Estee Lauder, Acer, and Anderson Land.
