The Coldwell Banker Documentation Services Company began public operations in April 2005, formerly the property exchange department of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Brokerage Company.
The Coldwell Banker Documentation Services Company believes in making transactions safe, efficient and fair and in branching off documentation services from brokerage services, we have established a professional independent entity to handle these matters, further increasing the level of professionalism in China’s second-hand housing market. In order to provide professional and quality real estate and mortgage services, Coldwell Banker Documentation has, since its inception, insisted on using professionals with a bachelors degree or above in law to draft contractual agreements, while also using real estate consulting systems to provide customers with transparent, efficient and safe information and quick service. Services include: confirmation of conditions, property assessment, contract drafting, signing negotiations, transfer of property (including notarizing and mortgage arrangements), document delivery, and monitoring of payments.
